History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tana embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
