Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born in the east. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anne grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anne. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he usually wears his grey robe and has his pickaxe always slung over his shoulder. He wears his golden hair down. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Alex is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
