She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second daughter.
