History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Oriax is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
