History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by giants. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peren grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and doesn't want to be a bricklayer and was forced into it by his family
