History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Diesa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Diesa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Locksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
