Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Brottor was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second daughter.
