Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Oskar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Oskar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When Oskar reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
