History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Her gray fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her copper eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Spring fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
