History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by her family.

Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
