Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pelt embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Pelt was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
