Personality: He is fixated on the number 82. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: Salanop was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is unsatisfied with her job
