History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ekemon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Painter soon after.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Syllin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Cumpen is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Namfoodle wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
