History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Kipper was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Kipper's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kipper and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
