History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Veloptima took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor she uses now. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
