Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: This man stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to be a barber again

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are green.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stableman and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
