History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
