History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.
