Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She dresses like a well dressed Spice Merchant does. Her tied-back hair is blonde. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has worked as a Blacksmith like his father before him.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. She carries with her a set of swords on her belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She has shaved her head bald. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears skinny pants and wears a blue and red robe with the hood down. Her white hair is well kept. She has violet eyes and a blue hat with a red feather.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Loopmottin was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Loopmottin was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Loopmottin's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mercenary, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
