Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Claira was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
