Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand her business

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mella grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
