History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When Trym reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Heather was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ranala grew up listening to her father's many stories. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to raise her children well
