History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paymon embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Paymon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paymon decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
