Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Ulla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ulla was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ruler. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

History: Born to a Priest, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
