History: Cory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She got into the Barber business at a young age. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Smoking hails from a village terrorized by drow. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often
