History: Liftrasa hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
