Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shifting. She now mingles about in high society.
