Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shivering is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Shivering was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shivering's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Galiena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His white hair is thinning but still full. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 67. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Roofer and was forced into it by his family; and he has a crush on the local shipwright

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has wavy black hair. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roywyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
