Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 2'11" when asserting himself. He has shaved his head bald. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burto embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Kasdeya reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: This eastern man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His clothes are grease stained in places. His purple hair has been sun bleached extensively. This white eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Healer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Astar was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Healer. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has worked as a Brewer like his father before him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job
