He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and he perpetually has his bow ready. His hair is blonde and very short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Tordek enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tordek grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tordek. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
