History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult
