Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Kellen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Detective soon after.
