Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a Tanner soon after.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for her, and Emmeline does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is a great chef.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Silent and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
