Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His golden hair is braided into rings. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The war was a terrible time for him, and Peren does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gifted student she started as a Body Guard, but she got bored and became a Navigator. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To be a Body Guard again; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her greataxe with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born in a small plains village. Her parents enrolled her in a Rogue school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kathra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
