History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has money and likes to spend it
