Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Balifra has worked very hard to control her curse.
