Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Three was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
