History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Siffress was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Barrister. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Lucan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: A 4'3" southern woman, she prefers to wear flannel. Her auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
