History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently the stress of being a Mayor has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Born to a Barkeep, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult
