History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Bather mother left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and a rival would like him out of the picture
