Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Kipper was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second son.
