History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Barakas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
