Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his mother before him.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kelter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
