Description: This southern man has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair is silver and curly. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Spice Merchant business.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ermina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ermina. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: He wears baggy grey pantaloons and a green scarf. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Vondal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Vondal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: He is a husky man, who prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has green eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Crampernap fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
