Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Merla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Engraver and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Merchant business.

History: He was born in the east. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
