History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
