Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is brown and very short. His silver eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Butcher. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears red trousers with black and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is red and curly. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Curran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
