Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roger embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Rosamund enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has worked as a Sculptor like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to open a new tavern

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
