Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is an amazing painter.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
