Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raer embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Miner again; and further expansion of business

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His red hair is lengthy. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bathin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bathin. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
